Zexy is an AI texting assistant. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.
Information We Process
Zexy may process profile preferences you enter in the app, text prompts, selected tone, style, spice level, and generation settings, usage counters, and screenshots you choose to upload so the app can generate reply ideas. Screenshots and prompts may contain personal information visible in a chat, profile, or story. Zexy does not access your contacts, payment details, Apple account information, or full photo library. Generated messages and preferences may be stored locally on your device.
How We Use Information
We use your inputs to provide AI-generated replies, openers, bios, and chat analysis. Before any AI request is sent, Zexy shows a consent prompt that identifies the exact request data being sent and asks for your agreement. After you agree, screenshots, prompts, selected tone, style, spice level, and generation settings are sent to Zexy's secure Supabase backend and Anthropic's Claude AI service. This data is used only to generate the requested result and is not stored by Zexy after the response is returned.
Payments
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat using anonymous purchase identifiers.
Third-Party Services
Zexy uses Supabase for backend processing, Anthropic Claude for AI generation, and RevenueCat for subscription status management. Supabase receives the request so it can securely call Anthropic. Anthropic receives the request content so Claude can generate the requested response. RevenueCat receives anonymous subscription identifiers only. These providers process data only as needed to provide app functionality and are expected to protect the data they process under the same or equal security and privacy commitments.
